Boris Yumankulov	f4b65e9f38	fix(ui): prevent window size reset and add settings debounce - Prevent window size reset by checking fullscreen state and restoring saved geometry. - Add settingsDebounceTimer to delay game list updates, improving performance. - Ensure display filter updates without requiring application restart.
